Synopsis

Of Irish descent, the O’Hara clan is tightly knit. Like a mirror, we will recognize ourselves in this family that, at first glance, might look a little like mine, a little like yours, except for one key difference. The O’Haras have money… a lot of money.

While wealth can make life easier, too much of it only complicates things. And in the O’Hara family, everything is indeed more complex. Mixing business with family life, the siblings must fight to secure their place in the empire. And though the knives may sometimes fly dangerously low, blood ties remain stronger than anything, bringing everyone back to Samuel’s table, the clan’s patriarch—every Sunday night. Revisiting the traditional family saga, O’ will be anything but conventionally predictable. With a fast-paced rhythm and a distinct tone, O’ will push the boundaries of the classic television drama, carving out a unique niche in the TV landscape.

TVA: What a family, those O'Haras

“Don't be fooled by the dusty “soap opera” label attached to this winter newcomer. Like Radio-Canada's 30 vies, O' is akin to heavy series shot on budgets twice as big, and has nothing to do with flat stuff.”
