Synopsis

The tragic death of the General Manager of Hôtel Dumont in Montreal sends shockwaves through the employees and the victim’s loved ones. Devastated by the loss of her daughter Jenny, Victoria Dumont, the owner of Hôtel Dumont, must find someone to take her place. For Victoria, putting her son Guillaume, Jenny’s twin brother, at the head of the hotel is out of the question. He has all the worst traits of a spoiled rich kid: entitled, lazy, opportunistic, and arrogant. Instead, she chooses to offer the position to Sarah, Jenny’s best friend, a decision that outrages Guillaume. Through manipulation, he manages to convince his mother to let him join the hotel staff. But when Sarah accepts the offer, she has no idea that Guillaume will stop at nothing to make her life a living hell, especially after he witnesses something she did and plans to use it against her. As their rivalry escalates, tensions rise, turning the hotel into a battlefield for everyone caught in the crossfire. Welcome to Hôtel Dumont, how may I assist you?
